1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the betaka platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user", "member"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any service on betaka, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

betaka is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, live casino, cricket betting and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. The platform operates in accordance with SSL encryption and fair play principles.

These Terms are written for players in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification

betaka strictly enforces age limits. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.

betaka may request a national identity card or other government-approved identification for age verification. Parents and guardians are encouraged to take the necessary steps to prevent their minor children from accessing this platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds into betaka:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• You must only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met when withdrawing winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.

4.3 Additional Payment Terms

betaka reserves the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious transactions. Withdrawals from the relevant account may be temporarily suspended during an investigation. If any evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be permanently closed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

betaka offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The key terms of this bonus are outlined below:

• The bonus wagering requirement is 25 times.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: depositing ৳22,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — unused bonuses are forfeited once they expire.
• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• betaka reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• In cases of bonus abuse, betaka reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

5.3 VIP Program

betaka's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

By playing regularly and staying active on the platform, you can advance to a higher VIP tier.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

betaka is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. Our games are sourced from recognised game providers, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and many other established providers.

6.2 Game Play Terms

• Your account must have sufficient balance to play games.
• In the case of incomplete rounds due to technical errors, betaka's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betaka platform:

• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using betaka's name, logo or services without authorisation.
• Making deposits using a third party's funds.
• Engaging in money laundering or unlawful financial activities.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 betaka's Rights

betaka reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Involvement in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Security or risk management requirements.

8.2 User Rights
